Unless otherwise stated, the original content, educational materials, written materials, graphics, visual assets, videos, publications, frameworks, program materials, dashboards, digital experiences, and other creative works appearing on this website are the intellectual property of The House of Nirvana, Inc. (THON) or are used with permission from their respective rights holders.

THON materials may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, adapted, commercially used, or incorporated into another work without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Certain names, program names, logos, service marks, frameworks, and other identifiers used by THON may constitute trademarks or service marks of The House of Nirvana, Inc. Their use without permission is prohibited where applicable.

The use of ™ identifies names or marks that THON is claiming as trademarks. The ® symbol will be used only for marks that have been federally registered.

2. Content Research & Attribution

THON develops educational and informational materials using a combination of original work, research, publicly available information, expert-informed sources, and third-party research and data.

To promote transparency, THON distinguishes between the following:

THON Original

Content, frameworks, methodologies, program architecture, educational materials, tools, visual concepts, written materials, and other creative works developed by or for The House of Nirvana, Inc.

Research-Informed

THON-created content that incorporates findings, concepts, evidence, or information informed by external research or established sources.

Third-Party Research & Data

Research findings, statistics, datasets, publications, clinical guidance, or other information created or published by outside organizations, institutions, researchers, or agencies.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Materials that remain owned by another party, including photographs, illustrations, graphics, trademarks, publications, videos, datasets, excerpts, or other protected works.

Where appropriate, THON will identify and attribute third-party sources and materials.

Interesting research is not the same thing as established evidence.

THON evaluates emerging research carefully and seeks to distinguish established evidence from preliminary findings, emerging research, hypotheses, and areas where meaningful uncertainty remains.

3. Use of THON Materials

THON encourages people to learn from and share information about our work.

However, sharing information about THON is different from reproducing THON’s original intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated or permitted by applicable law, users may not:

Remove THON attribution or copyright notices
